Oboe

The register known as "Oboe" in a pipe organ is designed to imitate the sound of the orchestral oboe. It produces a distinctive and expressive tone, similar to the woodwind instrument. The pipes for the Oboe stop are usually of a small cylindrical shape with an opening bell at the end.
